Abuse Prevention Systems will occasionally send out communication to account Administrators. These can include the following types of emailed correspondence:
Transactional Emails
These emails are sent in direct response to your activity within our program.
They include:
- Purchase confirmations
- Billing receipts
- Account creation and login info
- Certificates of Completion
- Program milestone notifications
You cannot unsubscribe from transactional emails, as they are essential to delivering the services you signed up for.
Service Announcements
These are important updates related to the operation or availability of our services.
Examples include:
- Changes to our pricing or subscription plans
- Updates to our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy
- Scheduled maintenance notifications
These emails are infrequent and not promotional. You may be able to opt out of some notifications, but we recommend receiving them to stay informed.
Marketing Emails
These emails include content such as:
- New program offerings or features
- Educational blog content or videos
- Promotions, discounts, or special events
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email or by updating your Email Settings preferences in your account settings.
To unsubscribe, uncheck ‘Abuse Prevention Systems News.’
Please Note: Pressing the unsubscribe button at the bottom of a Marketing email will also unsubscribe you from Service Announcements. Once you have unsubscribed using the link in Marketing or Service Announcement email, you will never be able to subscribe again with that email address. You may provide the Abuse Prevention Systems Support Team with an alternate email address to re-subscribe to our Marketing and Service Announcement communications.
If you disable Marketing and Service Announcement communications from your Control Panel settings via the ‘Marketing News’ checkbox, you may enable them again at any time. This method is preferred to ensure you may return to the communications list in the future.
