- Click ‘Background Checks’ in the left-hand toolbar.
- Click ‘In Process’ in the top toolbar.
- Check the box for each User for whom you would like to archive the completed Background Check.
- Click ‘Archive’ at the top of the page, or click the ‘Gear’ symbol and select ‘Archive.’
Please Note:
Be sure to contact our Support Desk to cancel any Background Checks that you archive.
