How to Archive a Background Check

  1. Click ‘Background Checks’ in the left-hand toolbar.
  2. Click ‘In Process’ in the top toolbar.
  3. Check the box for each User for whom you would like to archive the completed Background Check.
  4. Click ‘Archive’ at the top of the page, or click the ‘Gear’ symbol and select ‘Archive.’

Please Note:

Be sure to contact our Support Desk to cancel any Background Checks that you archive.
