How to Archive a Background Check

    1. Click ‘Background Checks’ in the left-hand toolbar.
    2. Click ‘In Process’ in the top toolbar.
    3. Check the box for each User for whom you would like to archive the completed Background Check.
    4. Click Archive at the top of the page, or click the ‘Gear Symbol’ and select ‘Archive’.

*Be sure to contact our Support Desk to cancel any Background Checks that you archive.
