Role delineates the level of Administrative access a User has within the Control Panel. There is no limit to how many Users may exist in each category.
- SSA (Safety System Administrator) has the highest level of access and may perform all account actions. Safety System Administrators have a username and password.
- Supervisors have a middle level of clearance, and may add Users and send Trainings. Supervisor permissions may be customized per User to increase functionality. Supervisors have a username and password.
- Trainees have the lowest level of access and cannot view other Users, but may complete online Trainings and Background Checks sent to them. Trainees do not have a username or password.
