How to Add Notes to a User's Profile


The Notes section within the User profile is a great way to include any additional pieces of information your Organization wants to track. To add notes to a User’s profile:

  1. Click ‘Manage Users’ on the left-hand toolbar.
  2. Search the name of the User to whose profile you’d like to add notes.
  3. Check the ‘Blue Person Icon’ Screenshot_2022-12-12_at_10.00.06_AM.png to the left of the User’s name.
  4. Click the ‘Notes’ tab.
  5. Add notes.
  6. Click ‘Save’.
