How to send Training to a User without email or computer access


An email address is required because Training and Background Check links are sent to Users via email. 

For Users without an email address, use this workaround:

  1. When adding the User, enter your email address.
  2. Ask the Trainee to utilize a computer or tablet at your organization’s facility.
  3. When the Trainee arrives, assign Training using your email address. 
  4. Check your email and open the Training link that was sent.  

Warning: When you open the Training link, make sure you see the Trainee’s name at the top right-hand corner. Your computer may automatically remember your profile. If you do not see the correct User’s name, try refreshing the page or clearing your cache and cookies.
