An email address is required because training and background check links are sent to users via email. For users without an email address, use this workaround:
- When adding the user, enter your email address.
- Ask the trainee to utilize a computer or tablet at the facility.
- Once the trainee arrives, assign training to the trainee (to your email) and open the training link.
Warning: When you open the training link, make sure you see the trainee’s name at the top right-hand corner. Your computer may automatically remember your profile. If you do not see the correct user’s name, try refreshing the page or clearing your cache and cookies.
